By using EstimateSend, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

Subscription & Billing

EstimateSend charges a monthly subscription fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EstimateSend for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

EstimateSend is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
